Hey everyone,

As some of you know, I am (and have been for most of my life) extremely interested in the UFO / Extraterrestrial phenomenon. I've watched countless documentaries, read many books, hundreds of articles, and scores of government documents, spoken with people who have seen UFOs, and I've personally seen some strange things myself. My years of research and experience tell me that this stuff is out there and it is real. I believe it without a doubt in my mind.

Now I'm not here to convert anyone - to be honest, I've pretty much given up on that. I've found that the phenomenon can only be believed by people who want to believe, and that takes education, deep reflection, and most of all, time. I don't know how any of you feel about it, or if you feel about it at all...but it can't hurt to ask questions, right?

What I'm getting to is this:

The Paradigm Research Group, founded by Stephen Bassett in 1996, started the The Million Fax on Washington back in October of 2008. The goal of Phase I of the project was to send out as many letters, faxes, and emails as possible to the winner of the 2008 Presidential Election's transition committee, demanding immediate UFO disclosure. This ran from November 4th to Inauguration Day (January 20th). It is interesting to note that the head of Barack Obama's transition team was John Podesta - one of former President Clinton's Chiefs of Staff and in recent years has urged the government to release its classified UFO files.

Phase II spanned from January 21st to May 31st, which was President Obama's first 100 days (plus the month of May). During that time people were encouraged to send as many letters, faxes, and emails as possible to the White House, urging the government for disclosure.

Which brings us to June 1st - the beginning of Phase III.

The goal of Phase III is nothing less than Disclosure as soon as possible during 2009. Between November 4, 2008 and May 31, 2009 thousands of letters, faxes and/or emails were sent to the presidential transition headquarters and the White House calling for President Barack Obama to end the Truth Embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and release as much relevant information to the American people as possible within reasonable constraints of national security.

The White House has gotten the message. Now it is time for the White House Correspondents' Association to get the message. The WHCA represents the White House press corps in its dealings with the administration on coverage-related issues. No segment of American media has greater access to the Executive Branch than the White House press corps. Every working day they have the opportunity to ask any question they wish. All that is required is the will to do so. So now the letters, faxes and emails are to be sent to the WHCA. There are two types of of correspondence requested:

1) new requests directed at the WHCA for the press corps to ask appropriate questions and
2) copies of letters, faxes or emails previously sent to the new president - preferably both.

The Truth Embargo cannot survive even a handful of courageous reporters asking the right questions and refusing to accept inappropriate answers. It will set off a chain reaction of media inquiry that will make Disclosure inevitable if not immediate. It comes down to a critical mass of questions in June and July.

So, flist, are you convinced? If so, please take a moment out of your time to write a letter, fax, or email to the WHCA (and be sure to tell your friends!):

Found this disclosure update earlier today. Really great news.
Canada Releases UFO X-Files to the World
The Canadian Government has authorized open public access to thousands of federal government documents concerning UFOs. A total of 9500 digitized documents spanning the years 1947 to the early 1980s have been made available through the Library and Archives Canada website. Titled “Canada's UFOs: The Search for the Unknown” the files include correspondence, reports, memos and procedures, some of which specifically deal with UFOs. The files come from Canada’s National Defense Department, the Department of Transport, the National Research Council, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Canada’s online release of its UFO X-Files follows closely upon the release at the end of January of Denmark's UFO files. Britain continues to release thousands of UFO files through a program of gradual releases it began in May 2007 through its national archives with the most recent being on October 2008. The French Space Agency had earlier announced on March 22, 2007, that it was making public its secret UFO files through a government website.

The important difference between the released Canadian UFO files with other country releases is the inclusion of departmental analyses rather than simply reports of UFO sightings. According to Victor Viggiani from Exopolitics Toronto , who has been monitoring the Canadian Government UFO website since its inception, “The Canadian files do not simply list UFO sightings; they describe actions, meetings and inter-departmental memoranda generated by Canadian officials that attempt to make sense of the considerable onslaught of UFO sightings as well as referencing American problems with keeping abreast of UFO sightings.”

For example, a September 1967 memo titled "Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) - Investigations", was released which stated:

"A number of investigations of the reports suggest the possibility of UFOs exhibiting some unique scientific information or advanced technology which could possibly contribute to scientific or technical research."

Another memo details a UFO sighting at Shag Harbor witnessed by member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and six civilian witnesses on the night of October 4, 1967. The memo describes how “[w]itnesses reported seeing an object 60 feet in length moving in an easterly direction before it descended rapidly into the water, making a bright splash on impact.” The report continued: “A single white light appeared on the surface of the water for a short period of time. The RCMP, with help from local fishermen and their boats, endeavoured to reach the object before it sank completely.”

Undoubtedly the most significant documents are those associated with a 1950-1952 classified investigation and analysis of UFOs by a Department of Transportation team led by Wilbert Smith, a senior radio engineer. In his Project Magnet Report, Smith commented extensively on the flight performance of UFOs that were far in advance to anything known at the time:

"[…] It is difficult to reconcile this performance with the capabilities of our technology, and unless the technology of some terrestrial nation is much more advanced than is generally known, we are forced to the conclusion that the vehicles are probably extra-terrestrial, in spite of our prejudices to the contrary."

Not all of the information made available through the Canadian archives is completely new to UFO researchers - many having been released in the 1980s in 16mm microfilm form through libraries in Canada and the U.S. The Library and Archive website, however, now provides a comprehensive online resource for the world public and media to scrutinize the Canadian Government UFO X-Files. Canada first began to release UFO files through its online archive in October 2007, and these have quickly increased to its present level of 9500 files. Canada therefore joins a select group of countries that have so far publicly released UFO files through government sponsored websites. As President Obama heads to Canada on February 19, he could take time from his busy schedule to ask Prime Minister Steven Harper for tips on how the U.S. might release to the public its own classified UFO X-Files.

I was just reading this very thorough and interesting interview with Ron Moore from NJ.com, and while the entire thing is definitely worth reading (it's lengthy but awesome), this snippet stuck out to me:

NJ.com: One of the things I've thought about since you revealed them is the amazing chain of luck that had to happen for these four to survive everything that's gone down. They survived the genocide, Anders survives his time on Caprica, they all survive being the resistance leadership on New Caprica. Is this a coincidence?

RM: This very topic is wrestled with at the end of the new season. Within the show overall, there's been a constant discussion of, "Is all this a coincidence or is there some meaning to it?" It's a glass half-full or half-empty question. Adama took a hard-line secular view on things a lot of other characters took a miraculous view on, and we the audience have seen a lot of things that can't be explained by rational means. How did these four survive through all of this -- how did all these people survive? -- and ultimately the show does have an answer to it.

This question has been floating in my mind for much of the time since the discovery of the four cylons, so I'm glad this is going to be discussed. It seems Ron & co. have really pulled out all the stops to answer all of the questions that this series has posed.

I do hope the final episodes and eventual finale are satisfying. To be honest, I don't really know of any show I've really loved in which I have felt and agreed with the finale 100%. Even Buffy I was slightly disappointed with. And don't even get me started on shows like ALIAS and Veronica Mars.

Anyway...

...3 more days!!

I was so concerned upon hearing news that Ayu overworked herself to such an extent that she fell down her apartment stairs and injured her right hand. She had to cancel an appearance on Music Station, and there was some doubt as to whether she'd be able to open Kouhaku and go on with her EPIC Premium Countdown Live concert.

However, it appears that while her hand still needs some time to heal, all of her shows are going to be going as planned! :)

Let's go!!!

I've been given the go-ahead to perform in Yoyogi for the next 2 days and headline at Kouhaku too!!!
Please don't be concerned, feel peace of mind, and just enjoy watching.

And... I can say this without any fear of misunderstanding: Countdown Live is going to be the best show in the entire world.

Please look forward to it with all your heart.

One last thing.

Everyone was kind enough to write an incredible number of messages in Zin and Peco's blogs, and I took care to read all of them, one after the other.

They resonated in my heart.

Of course all the messages sent here to "Ta" from soooooooo many of you, my friends, I received every one of them too.

I can't possibly say how grateful I am in one sentence, so I'll be returning my feelings to you in song!

And and, for having given me this chance, my sincere thanks go to Peco and Zin!!!!!

I. LOVE. HER. SFM.

I can't fucking wait for Premium Countdown Live. It's going to be amazing. Ayu's vocals in recent lives have been fantastic. While this has certainly been a hard year for her, Ayu is emerging stronger than ever. :)

Okay, since House was kind of a personal letdown for me tonight, Fringe isn't on until the new year, and SVU happens to coincide with me studying at Leavey with Genevieve, I decided to post about some recent positive developments in tv land instead. Courtesy of Ausiello.

Question: Pushing Daisies was just wonderful last week. It left me smiling until I remembered there are very few episodes left. Cheer me up with some positive scoop. -- Myra
Ausiello: This should do the trick: We're getting closure, dammit! The series finale will no longer end on a cliffhanger, as I previously reported. Through the magic of post-production, Bryan Fuller and his team managed to tack on a completely new beginning and ending to the episode. "We're doing a lot of work in post to shape it so that it is satisfying for the audience," Fuller tells me. BTW, rumor has it ABC may burn off air Daisies' final three episodes on one night in early January. (Episode 9 airs tonight and 10 next week.)

So yay? Closure is good. That was the one thing I feared, not getting enough closure. Though what does this mean about the potential Daisies movie? And does this also mean that no other networks want to pick it up, despite all the critical acclaim (I'm talking to you USA and AMC)?

Spike and Angel, President Roslin and Gaius Baltar, Harry and Hermione—shippers often find pairings that the original author might have overlooked. What coupling of fictional characters would you most like to see?

View 505 Answers

Haaah! There is Roslin/Baltar fic? Well, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Roslin/Adama ftw, though.

I'm not into slash fiction, or couplings that are otherwise not canon, or don't ever have the possibility of becoming canon. I generally agree with the way stuff goes when it comes to my fandoms.

Hah! I love this.

FOX has apparently compiled a youtube video with all of the appearances of The Observer from Fringe. The Observer has appeared in every episode thus far, though has only been formally acknowledged to exist since the 4th ep. Sometimes I forget to look for him, though I have seen him a few times. I'm intrigued by him, and hope to figure out what his role is in the story.

As I mentioned, Fringe has really been growing on me. I hope the second half of the season continues to improve and impress.

So when Obama interestingly picked John Podesta for his transition team, part of me thought that despite Podesta's pro-disclosure stance, it could be a coincidence. A happy coincidence, yes, but a coincidence nonetheless.

However I always told myself that if Obama put Richardson somewhere in his cabinet, that it would further reinforce that he was in the interest of bringing about disclosure. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW.

Now let's recap what a Secretary of Commerce actually does:

The United States Secretary of Commerce is the head of the United States Department of Commerce concerned with business and industry; the Department states its mission to be "to foster, promote, and develop the foreign and domestic commerce."

Business and industry. Interesting choice, Obama and Podesta. Many UFO enthusiasts claim that one of the reasons disclosure is imminent is due to the waning economy and need for better renewable energy sources (not just to stop our reliance on foreign oil, but also for job creation - a Pseudo-New Deal, if you will).

Coinciding with the Richardson rumors, the media has been all over the UFO shit. Just a coincidence?

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Albuquerque Journal
New Mexico Independent
Washington Examiner
Politico
Washington Times
UK Daily Mail
UK Telegraph

Not to mention Hillary Clinton's extensive involvement with the UFO phenomenon. Rockefeller Initiative anyone?

Nothing like the smell of sweet disclosure.

Okay, this is like borderline spamming my livejournal, but I just found out that the PV for "Days" came out and, um, THIS SONG IS AMAZING. Definitely better than "GREEN." It's such a beautiful ballad...I so wish I could see her preform this.

I love Ayu so fucking much.

AND OMG THE PV...THE PV...

It is stunning. I cried. Honestly. Ayu looks gorgeous and it's so simple but so beautiful. Way better than the "GREEN" PV. This PV represents what I love most about Ayu. I love it sfm.

One day I will see her in concert. One day...

Um...OMG. I totally forgot to post about this. The "GREEN" PV came out last night, and it's wonderful. It has such a traditional Chinese feel to it, it's really interesting. Not her best PV, but something interesting, new, and different from Ayu. She's always reinventing herself. Oh how I heart her.

Secondly - the covers for "GREEN / Days" (CD and CD+DVD) came out today, along with a revamp of her official website. And THEY ARE GORGEOUS. It's weird, though - I sort of thought they'd be greenish, since, er, the A-side is called "GREEN" (well, sort of. Since it's being released as both GREEN / Days and Days / GREEN, I guess they're both A sides. Whatever). But they're still amazing. I'm seriously considering buying this single now, since it looks so nice, lol. I wonder when she's going to release a new album...?

Yeah. Um. I need to buy one of these. IMMEDIATELY.

In the meantime, I can't wait until "Days" leaks! :D :D :D

...is still working, working, working~~~~

Let me see... tomorrow more details about CDL will be available, Ohji told me...

After that, everyone in TA will want to be told about it, and I promised you all when I wrote before that I'd let you know~.

In the meantime, there's the title for this year's Countdown Live.

The name we have given it is....

PREMIUM COUNTDOWN LIVE!

desu.

Well, what the heck is "Premium" about it, exactly....?

Over a period of three and a half hours, 30 songs straight will be played for you nonstop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teeheehee...

Give me strength everyone, so that after rehearsals, I can face the uphill climb. (^-^)/(^-^)/(^-^)/

This whole team - the band, dancers, so many staff, and me - are facing this long road for the first time, doing this many songs for the first time. Rehearsals will be especially crazy, the days will be severe. But we will keep your smiling faces in mind and we are going to try our best.(*^_^*)

By the way, the amount of choreography that Zin will do hasn't been hampered.

The countdown's scenarios will have Zin's name all over them, lol.

Everyone, please send along your encouraging messages!

And then I'm gonna continue with lots of dancing lessons from Subassu. Look forward to it~*

After that, of course the great Peco, my dear friend Kayanocchi, prince Maro and I will do our best participating in the dancing!!!!!

The scale of this performance seems to know no limits. (*^^)

Really, it'll be a must-see!!! Right? (^_-)-*

As for me, my physical strength is sure to hold up, but my voice is rather weak, so....
I'd better really take care-------------!!

Ah, as for my trainer Sou-chan's blog, everyone who helped me with that, thank you! ∈^0^∋

I'm able to read it now~~~~~~~

Sou's blog is visible now, yay~~~~~.

JESUS. FUCKING. CHRIST. "PREMIUM COUNTDOWN LIVE?!" 30 songs?! 3 and a half hours?! That is fucking incredible.

Though I am concerned...last year's CDL was slightly depressing, with the news of her ear condition coming out (and due to that, not singing entirely on key for some of the concert), and her depression with her best friend's death just having occurred (that performance of "untitled ~for her~" was one of the most heartbreaking things I've seen).

But, ultimately, I think Ayu will pull through. She's got an amazing spirit, incredible drive, and a lot of caring friends to back her up. :) I so wish I could be there...

And as for the "GREEN/Days" PVs, no news yet. Though I did manage to get a leak of "GREEN," and it's pretty good. :D

In other J-Pop news, BoA is going to be performing at KIIS FM's Jingle Ball Village in Anaheim on December 6th. AND I'D TOTALLY GO if it weren't the same day as this X-Files Charity Screening I'm going to (....have I blogged about that yet? o.O; ). Oh well, I'm sure she's going to go on tour at some point next year, so I can wait. ;)

BoA is also going to be performing in NYC on December 3rd - it's her debut American performance. Too bad I'm not coming home until mid December, or I'd totally go to that too. *le sigh*

Anyway, that about wraps it up. When is Ayu coming here?!
